Rado Captain Cook High-Tech Plasma Ceramic

Značka Rado a kapitán Cook to je nejen tradice, ale také asi nejznámější řada hodinek od této značky vyráběných od roku 1962.

První model měl pouzdro o průměru pouhých 37mm, ale vodotěsnost v té době pěkných 200m.

Přestože se jedná o velmi schopnou řadu potápěčských hodinek, nezaznamenala v polovině 20. století takový úspěch, jako daleko výraznější konkurence v podobě značek Blancpain, Rolex a Seiko, až postupně zanikala.

V roce 2017 byla tato řada vzkříšena a zaznamenává u milovníků hodinek větší oblibu.

Přestože se nové modely inspirují svou původní podobou, nestlí stranou od využití moderních technologií i materiálů. Vrchol řady tvoří model Captain Cook High-Tech Plasma Ceramic, poprvé představený v loňském roce. Letos je k dispozici dokonce šest variant těchto typů hodinek.
